Because all items are custom made specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been approved and production has begun.

Please review all personalization details, sizes, colors, spelling, and design selections carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

If there is an issue caused by an error on our part, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review and make it right.
